Dorchester County, SC

Phase 3 of the Berlin Myers Parkway (BMP) in Dorchester County, South Carolina, involves the construction of a 3.25-mile roadway between U.S. Highway 17 Alternate and East Carolina Avenue. The purpose of the project is to improve roadway connectivity, reduce traffic congestion, and enhance safety within the Summerville area. OLH is serving as a subconsultant on this project, providing construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services in support of this major SCDOT roadway improvement project.
