Richland County, SC

SCDOT proposes installing a new service interchange on I-77 near mile marker 26 in Richland County in preparation of the new Scout Motors plant being built. The project includes installing a new interchange and associated entrance and exit ramps at mile marker 26; improvements to Exit 27 Blythewood Road, Community Road at the new interchange only, a new connector road from the new interchange at Exit 26 east to US 21, minor improvements at the US 21 interchange, a third northbound lane on I-77 and a new Railroad bridge over I-77. OLH is serving as a subconsultant providing utility coordination, scheduling services, and cost estimation.
