OLH Inc. is proud to announce its selection as a protégé partner to Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo) under the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Mentor-Protégé Program. This partnership marks an important milestone for OLH as it expands its role within the DOE Environmental Management complex and strengthens its presence at the Hanford Site.

Founded in 1993, OLH is a woman-owned small business with more than a decade of experience supporting critical DOE cleanup missions across multiple Environmental Management sites. With approximately 80 employees, OLH provides a range of services including project management, staffing solutions, and technical support. At Hanford, OLH has previously supported the Direct-Feed Low-Activity Waste program and employee supply chain management efforts in collaboration with other contractors.

“We want people to know we’re a small company that can and does deliver,” said Gina Bennett-Norris, President and Chief Executive Officer of OLH. “We partner with our clients by bringing fresh ideas to the table and engaging as true collaborators—not just vendors.”

Through this mentor-protégé agreement, OLH will gain valuable guidance and growth opportunities while establishing a stronger local presence in the Hanford region. CPCCo selected OLH based on both its technical capabilities and its strong alignment with shared core values, including passion, integrity, and dedication. Together, the two organizations aim to foster innovation, invest in talent, and support a cleaner, safer future for eastern Washington.

“For CPCCo, this partnership is much more than a contract,” said Lloyd Foster, CPCCo Small Business Program Manager. “It’s a joint journey to invest in top talent, share expertise, and build lasting value for Hanford and the Tri-Cities community.”

Beyond project delivery, OLH brings a strong commitment to community involvement and workforce development. The company’s leadership team is focused on developing the next generation of DOE support professionals, creating hands-on opportunities for young talent to grow and contribute meaningfully to complex environmental remediation efforts.

“We want to see the company legacy continue,” Bennett-Norris added. “Young professionals won’t just sit behind a computer—they’ll have real opportunities to grow, learn, and make an impact.”

The mentor-protégé relationship with CPCCo positions OLH for continued growth while contributing to some of the DOE’s most challenging environmental cleanup missions. Through collaboration, shared expertise, and a unified vision, the partnership represents an investment not only in OLH’s future, but in the future of DOE project management as a whole.

“Hanford is a really great place for us to implement our vision,” Bennett-Norris said. “We’re excited for what comes next.”
