Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB) contracted to a PM/CM team which OLH is a member and includes capital planning, design management, construction project management, field inspection, and pre- and post-disaster management services. The PM/CM consultant represents the Owner in the implementation of a multi-site capital facilities plan that encompasses project controls, budgeting management, and quality assurance. The School Facility Preservation Program was created and designed to improve the school buildings and facilities critical systems and infrastructure while providing equity and excellence in Pre-K-12 schools in Orleans Parish. This program will assist with a framework for improved facilities for the district’s more than 45,000 children and the teachers and staff who serve them.
